With a career spanning over two decades, AJ has established himself as a trusted expert in the industry. He began his journey in 2002 at Prospera Credit Union, progressing from a frontline Service Representative to leading a branch sales team in the Lower Mainland.
Since joining RBC in 2009, AJ has held various roles, including Commercial Account Manager, Financing Specialist, Senior Commercial Account Manager, and Director, within the Real Estate team. His outstanding contributions to the organization were recognized in 2019 when he received the prestigious RBC Leo Award.
As a respected speaker and educator, AJ has shared his expertise with numerous organizations, including the Canadian Homebuilders Association, MIABC, NAIOP Vancouver, RICS Canada, UDI Vancouver, and UDI Capital Region. He has also appeared on Conversations Live with Stuart McNish. AJ's academic achievements include an MBA from the UBC Sauder School of Business and a BComm from the University of Northern British Columbia, as well as certifications as a CPA, CMA, and CFP.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, AJ is committed to giving back to his community. He is an active fundraiser for the BC Children's Hospital Foundation, having personally raised over $200,000 since 2020. AJ resides in Coquitlam with his wife and two children, where they are dedicated to being an active part of the community.
